Hireachauffeur is a company registered in Melbourne Australia. The company provides direct or indirect passenger transport services for a fee, at any given time and day throughout Australia.
These general terms constitute the contract by which HIREACHAUFFEUR offers and provide the service and make a request for booking of the vehicle on behalf the costumer to a third-party company by all means of communication set including telephone, email or online via our website contact form.
By using our services, the customer recognizes and accepts all of these general terms and conditions.
1. PURPOSE OF SERVICE:
HIREACHAUFFEUR provide you with a rental car service with a private driver, transfers and buses too and from airports and stations, a delivery service throughout Australia.
2. SERVICES:
All the vehicles on offer are in the category of luxury automobiles, luxury mini-buses, and buses.
Your Driving Services are open daily, 24 hours a day and are only accessible by immediate reservation or in advance.
2A) Immediate order
YOUR CHAUFFEUR SERVICES cannot guarantee an available vehicle in the case of an immediate order.
** The customer shall indicate all details of the trip and in particular the starting point, intermediate stages and final destination, as well as the names and surnames of the passengers, no. of passengers, luggage if applicable who will be using the service.
Upon receipt of the order, the company searches for available vehicles in the requested field. If a vehicle is available, the company sends to the customer an estimate of the waiting time for the vehicle to arrive at the reported departure point, as well as the cost of the order.
** If an immediate order is confirmed, cancellation will cost 100% of the price.
2B) Payment in advance
The customer can order a vehicle from the company before the start date and time of that trip. The client indicates the date, time and place of departure, possible intermediate stops and the final destination, any other possible special requests (scheduled waiting time, additional indication of the venue etc.), as well as full names of the passengers. Depending on the number of orders already registered at the date and time you selected, the company reserves the right to refuse additional advances. The company registers the order and confirms the reservation as soon as the payment is made or, if applicable, sets forth the arrangements between YOUR CHAUFFEUR SERVICES and the customer regarding such payment expressly by email.
2C) Order from airport
When ordering, the customer must specify the airport, trip date and flight number. The expected landing time, as well as the arrival terminal, which can be modified by the flight conditions and airport authorities, can be stated but are not required. The company cannot assume any responsibility in the event of incorrect information indicated by the customer (incomplete flight number, date error) nor in the event of incorrect flight-related flight information transmitted by the airport information service.

Any cancellation of the reservation:
– Until 24 hours before service: no charge
– 24 to 1 hours before service: 50% of the price reached
– Less than 1 hours before service: 100% of the price incurred in the event that the company cannot execute an order provided for in the contract, the sums paid will be fully reimbursed to the beneficiary, without recourse and without compensation for any damage suffered.
In case of force majeure or external event beyond our control during the service, your CHAUFFEUR SERVICES cannot be held liable for failure to perform or delay this service.
It is considered as such any external, unpredictable event (complex traffic conditions, strikes of all kinds, weather conditions, accidents, deviations, various events), as considered from HIREACHAUFFEUR.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for the services offered by HIREACHAUFFEUR and in particular payment for the order is made by secure electronic payment by bank card through the system developed by PayPal AND Stripe payments, which allows secure transactions in accordance to latest banking security protocols. The system secures that all the private data of the costumer will not be used by a third party.
By communicating the banking details, the costumer accepts without terms that your CHAUFFEUR SERVICES can continue with the secured transaction. As a result, the costumer authorizes his bank to proceed with the transaction based on the data which is sent by the company.
HIREACHAUFFEUR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANYTIME.
